Fall 2024 Housing Applications are now open!
Rental rates for the 2023-2024 Lease Contract term is updated. ONLY single rooms will be available for the fall 2023 term. Private rooms are only available on a case by case basis.
Single Room - $3,553 Room + Board per semester(see printable information sheet for more information)
Should additional bed spaces become available at any time during the leasing process (June 2023 - June 2024), those spaces will be offered based on the priority factors to be determined. Viking Woods staff monitor wait lists on a regular basis and will notify applicants via their @jeffco.edu email account if a space becomes available. Viking Woods Student Housing provides an opportunity for °Ä²Ê¿ª½±Íø students to learn new life skills through independent living and relationship building. Our multi-person apartments are nestled on a southern hillside of the Hillsboro campus - just a short walk to everything the campus has to offer. All apartments are equipped with full access kitchens and furnished living areas.
There are many benefits to living on campus while attending college, but Viking Woods stands out due to our ability to offer individual leases. An additional benefit to on-campus housing is that all apartment utilities are included in rent. For example, you will not have to pay separate bills for electricity, internet service, water, sewer, etc. (with the exception of cable television), nor will you have to worry about your services being disconnected should your roommates not pay their part.
