Adult Education and Literacy (AEL) classes are the next step to your future!

We provide the opportunity for adults to:

• Improve their basic skills
• Study for the High School Equivalency (HSE)/HiSET And GED tests
• Enhance their workforce and college readiness skills
• Improve English language skills

All classes are offered at no cost to the students.

The Adult Education and Literacy (AEL) program is funded through the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education and is the only accredited program in Jefferson county. That is why these classes can be offered at no cost to students. However to maintain funding, it is important that enrolled students demonstrate a commitment to the program with regard to attendance and academic achievement including a pre and post test to measure academic gain.

The policy statements address 澳彩开奖网鈥檚 policies, procedures, and programs concerning safety and security, for example, policies for responding to emergency situations and sexual offenses.

Additionally, this report contains information regarding campus security and personal safety, including topics such as: crime prevention, fire safety, 澳彩开奖网 Campus Police Department enforcement authority, crime reporting policies, disciplinary procedures, and other matters of importance related to security and safety on campus. Also included are crime statistics for three previous calendar years which were reported to have occurred on campus, in or on off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by the school, and on public property within or immediately adjacent to the campus.
