Established by Missouri two-year college presidents in 1918, Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society serves to recognize and encourage the academic achievement of two-year college students and provide opportunities for individual growth and development through honors, leadership and service programming. Today, Phi Theta Kappa is the largest honor society in American higher education with more than 3 million members and 1,300 chapter located in all the 50 states and territories of the U.S., Canada, Germany, and Japan. Our Chapter

The mission of 澳彩开奖网鈥檚 Xi Zeta Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa International is to build strong leaders for our campus, community, and society by accepting the challenge of becoming one of the top chapters. To achieve this mission, the officers of Xi Zeta will strive to develop their leadership skills and chapter goals through honors training workshops and activities. The officers will pass their newly gained knowledge to the members in order to guide them in their roles as future leaders. In addition, the Xi Zeta Chapter will do its best to promote and encourage the four Hallmarks of Scholarship, Leadership, Fellowship, and Service. Finally, the officers of Xi Zeta will work with the Chapter鈥檚 advisors and members to nurture and develop a cooperative working relationship between the chapter, other student organizations and the college administration.
