Earn All or Most of a Degree Online 

The following degrees and certificates can be completed in part or in whole through online coursework*:

Fully online:

• Associate of Arts in General Studies (transfer degree)

50% or more online:

A great many of the online courses offered at 澳彩开奖网 will transfer to other colleges and universities. The College assesses online courses regularly to ensure they are equivalent to face-to-face courses in content and level of rigor are equal to what students would face in a traditional classroom.

While each institution determines whether it will accept transfer courses for credit, courses with to any public college or university in the state of Missouri. The current College catalog shows which 澳彩开奖网 courses are designated as MOTR CORE42 courses. Many colleges and universities also make a course transfer database available on their websites to enable students to plan in advance which 澳彩开奖网 courses will transfer.

Students who complete courses at 澳彩开奖网 in anticipation of transfer to a four-year institution can take advantage of significant cost savings. Tuition at four-year schools is often considerably higher than at a community college, so completing as many transferable courses as possible can dramatically reduce the financial burden of a college degree.
  

What are Hybrid Courses?

Hybrid courses are held both online and face-to-face. Students will complete the majority of the coursework online, but periodic meetings at one of the 澳彩开奖网 campuses afford students the opportunity to take part in activities that require a regular classroom setting. These are usually weekly meetings, but may occur more or less often, depending on the course. Students are required to take part in both the online and face-to-face portions of a hybrid course. 

Hybrid courses will be designated as 鈥渉ybrid鈥� in the course schedule to differentiate them from fully online courses.  Face-to-face meeting dates are noted in the course schedule as well.
