°Ä²Ê¿ª½±Íø and Missouri State University 2+2 Agreement
In an effort to simplify transferability for °Ä²Ê¿ª½±Íø graduates, earning a bachelor’s degree from Missouri State University just got easier thanks to a new 2+2 articulation agreement that has been established between the two institutions.
°Ä²Ê¿ª½±Íø President Dr. Dena McCaffrey and Missouri State Provost Dr. Frank Einhellig signed the agreement during a recent visit to the Hillsboro campus.
With this agreement, the two institutions will develop transfer plans for all °Ä²Ê¿ª½±Íø students who want to complete their degrees at Missouri State – either online or on the Springfield campus.
Spire launches program with °Ä²Ê¿ª½±Íø
Spire andÌý°Ä²Ê¿ª½±ÍøÌýareÌýteaming up to help prepare students for careers in the natural gas industry. This fall, °Ä²Ê¿ª½±Íø students can apply for the Spire Cooperative Education Program at °Ä²Ê¿ª½±Íø –Ìýa two-year educational, hands-on experience that prepares participants to become highly skilled technicians in the natural gas field, while they complete a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) associate’s degree.
To qualify for the program, students must have a 2.5 GPA and complete an interview process.
